Wendy Stewart -- Josh is a consensus builder
I've known Josh Lobel for seven years, as a Bishop School parent, neighbor and Town Meeting member.
In all these roles, Josh stands out as a consensus-builder. His motivation is his deep sense of commitment to Arlington and the betterment of our town, especially our schools. or example, Josh led the charge for the implementation of the Bishop School Library circulation databases. This task was huge.
Over a period of two years, Josh worked tirelessly, nights and weekends, overseeing dozens of parent volunteers, teaching each one of us how to accomplish the task. Exhibiting an unending supply of patience and good cheer, Josh maintained his focus and enthusiasm for the project and saw it to its completion.
Arlington needs Josh's consensus-building skills, his commitment to Arlington's schools, his spirit of generosity and his creativity. Josh sees the big picture as a challenge, not an obstacle.
Josh has earned my support for a position on the School Committee. Please join me in voting for Josh Lobel on Saturday, April 14.
