Mona Zeftel -- Lobel will be an excellent member

I've worked with Josh Lobel for several years on school issues and have always been impressed with his openness, his insight and his hard work on behalf of students.

Josh worked very hard on the override campaign because he wanted to ensure that all students in Arlington had a great education, and that school and town services were not lost.

Josh is an active member of SPOT (School are a Priority in Our Town). He's attended every School Committee meeting for over a year, taking near verbatim notes to post on www.ThinkOfOurKids.org and to the TOOK e-mail list, so that busy parents can keep up with the issues.

Since Josh never misses a School Committee meeting, let's make it official. His great sense of humor and good judgment will make him an excellent member to deal with tough budget and educational issues for our children.
